Perhaps the most clear evidence that VMGI is a fraud is where did former CEO Mark Klok go?
All of a sudden Billy VEVE shows up,
with no reporting of any financial transfer details.
Reason?
KLOK still runs the show from behind the curtain
while his puppet VEVE dances out front for the paying customers.

The SEC must have VMGI high on their watch list and a suspension in the near future would not be a surprise.

Be sure of one thing here in VMGI fantasy land,
promo groups will come and go, company PRs will never be true,
