Stervc, thanks for the response and the possible compelling options on how the 5.3M restricted shares might be converted to reduce the O/S and A/S and help in their acquisitions and M&A initiatives.

After reading your post, it is starting to make more sense now and the strategy is becoming more evident. At the end of the day, it takes money to make money and if they use and manage the shares properly to add value to the company it will help the pps climb further.
