Nobody is ignoring anything here. Every aspect of this company has been thoroughly scrutinized over the last 6 months; the dilution is literally the only negative issue left in the naysayers' arsenal! And it's been dwelled upon and catastrophized to it's limits. Those of us who understand the huge potential this company possesses know that even with dilution, this is an exciting and likely rewarding investment.

Furthermore, Manu has thrown in with is with, converting company debt to the tune of $660k from his own pocket; It's not in anybody's interest to completely destroy this stock structure. Soon enough, Medient will have some very impressive revenue flow, phase I will be complete, and from there they/we control our own destiny.
