then it is pretty much clear to me. WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT HIM CONFIRMING THAT SEC STILL REVIEWING IT? I think if SEC is still reviewing it, then it is not a big deal, right. NO harm is done being honest.

Remember initial submission took place in December and he resubmitted multiple times, meanwhile he issued 1.5 billion shares. Coincidence??????? I don't think so, with this company it is all about patterns in everything.
Plain and simple, being here long enough to know this CEO smooth talking tactics. IMHO
