Obit, do either of the bills (C-W or J-C), or any other new proposed legislation, have any effect on the current court cases against related to FnF conservatorship?

In other words, even in the scenario where C-W passes, it may still be determined that FnF "c" was handled improperly and shareholders are due remuneration prior to wind-down or transformation ?

Second question, is C-W as written sufficient to complete the wind-down or is more legislation needed in that process?
