Every location I visited this week could not tell me what the item was, aside from it "looking like an energy shot because it is next to 5 hour energy." This is the third location I have visited in the Los Angeles area and have received a similar answer at every location.
It is imperative that these employees know how to pitch these items. There are many customers that they encounter everyday who will be interested in these products. For example, customers purchasing coffee should be informed of the benefits of Coffee Boost in their coffee. The right sales pitch, or at least some understanding of the product, can be the difference between this company succeeding and it becoming another start-up that never made it.
