In all fairness to the CEO he did not intend to have the PR come out at the bell on a Friday! He had it set up for I think thurs morning and they wanted to verify his information due to the name and director changes! After they verified they released it on their own time not the CEO or GTRQ's so it came out when it did and yes was a flop due to the timing as well as the info provided
