Correct, it is for Washington. Could be a positive in many ways for ATTBF. One of the most obvious being that ATTBF will begin to see an official list of potential clients for their new Washington testing facility. Then factor in the new potential clients for ERB*. But, it really is a huge preliminary milestone when you consider ATTBF's Controlled substances license. They will be able to import into CO and WA dispensaries. These licenses need to be announced before ATTBF can have any idea of who they will be able to work with and issued before any Recreational business can take place. This will lead to more long term JV's and acquisitions IMO. Just like CO, this is a whole new list of cultivators and dispensaries that will be able to mingle with the publicly traded sector in a whole new way. And don't forget, when CO went recreational, sales went up by over 3x compared to just medical. And that was the first day....
