I agree 100%.
The only thing I would add though is I think we are really really close though.
Close enough to a buyout before the bottom falls out.
And if it does let it! My first buy was at 4 cents and I would love to be able to buy again at that price.
I mean it's safe to say the patents are worth more than the market cap right now, and as long as that is the case it is a good buy all around.
Also, my only rebutal to your friend would be I understand why the BOD is hesitant to quote exact valuations. Could get ugly if they are off. Especially with such big ranges, could be off by a ton. Double also, they weren't sure at the time which suitors would step forward to start the bidding, or what other suitors might counter with.
There was just too much uncertainty.
