P.S. - Looking at the firms EU had signed contracts with, they all looked pretty small.

India was with Indowind - they talk on their website about having future plans for 25 megawatts but then have an agreement with EU for building 300 mw.

As for EUs deal with Exergy, Exergy talks about deals totalling 159 mw on their website. The big deal for 150 mw talks about that project "expecting to be completed in 2003" (I guess they never updated their website?) Other information from that firm's principal seemed quite limited with projects small in nature. EU signed a deal with them for 1,100 mw or over a billion dollars.

And then for the 550 mw deal EU signed with the firm out of NYC, that firm was only recenly created as of last summer and the wind farm component of their firm (Gemini Wind Power) has only minor projects in the works for about 30 mw.

Could someone explain the disconnect between what these firms have been doing and the massive contracts they are making with EU (to be CTC).

Also, someone mentioned that GE and Vestas customers were interested in Dewind/CTC. What all was shared on that?

TIA
