Like I said, the buyback is happening
They cant just buyback shares at random prices unless there is an agreement with the existing shareholders
In talking to Ali, they have started buying open market shares, and there is no joke about the 566 Million they are buying back
The fact that they can buy back down at these levels, helps the balance sheet and income statement together, which is huge.
This is going to be a big year and I am going to be up Ali's AZZ everyday if need be until we are trading at that .04 fair value IMHO.
I don't invest as much as I did here without extensive DD, conversation with management and extreme persistence on them going forward.
Did the same with ARYC last year, .13 to .94
Did the same with XXII twice, .20 to 1.10 first time
2.15 to 6.30 2nd time (and in just one month for that matter)
Doing that same thing with NGHT now, bought at .054, expect .30-.45 and they already make .06 EPS believe it or not.

I still have 25 Mil that I will be buying on top of the 23 Mil I own, and have 0 quandaries about buying at these extreme undervalued levels.
Next few weeks and months are going to be HUGE.
