Hi nsonmiyak - I think the biggest difference here is that we often see "talk." Here the company is saying that insiders stepped up and bought up the float. They put this in writing. You don't typically see that. They aren't just "talking the talk." They're "walking the walk," putting their money where others just put their mouths. They can't claim, "oops, didn't mean it." We've had, what, 3 PR's this week?

MM's have to realize at some point that if they don't close their positions now, they will be in the same boat, with the prospect of having to buy shares perhaps at .25 or more.
