Well, my guess is that during the rapid decrease to .0085, many probably sold, moved on and didn't tell him that they no longer have their shares. Then there is the group of people that don't care to report their share total to anyone. Then you have the people who exaggerated their total amount of shares to make themselves look good. And then there are those who has shares that are not on ihub.
I would say that if you total all of this together, we probably have a margin of error of about 6 to 8%.
Even at that margin of error, many shares are locked away and the there are probably not many left in the float.
I would also guess that many shares that are available will be bought up Monday. I'm sure some will sell to complete their flip Monday morning but I can't see much selling on Monday. Even a smart flipper should at least wait until Tuesday or Wednesday morning to sell.
