It amazes me when I go back and read all the posts from 10/07/10 (two days after BW posted this video) on Ihub BBDA's board. It's unbelievable that all the PR hype leading up to that September 2010 announcement about the 1000:1 Reverse Stock Split is almost exactly the same as today. It's almost uncanny how there was something like 12 BILLION SHARES OS when it finally went to "par" $0.0001 bid. Adjusting for the post reverse that would make the current price "$0.10" (Yes, TEN CENTS a share)!! The closest it's even gotten to that (post RS) was shortly after the RS (when there were far less OS) when it had a brief run to $0.04 pps and then about 18 months ago when it took BILLIONS of shares in trading volume (yes, again after further dilution after the RS) just to run it to....ready? Yes, $0.019!! That's the big highlight these days to see if it can get back to "$0.019"! That's after the "previous par" value is really "$0.10" today! It's almost mind boggling! From a simple fundamental basis if things were even "modestly" better than they were in 2010 (i.e. greater distribution, more sotres, more "exposure", more "brand recognition", more revenues, etc...) then why would the share price today be the equivalent to "$0.000000110" in 2010 PPS terms? Blows your mind doesn't it? Assuming that things were better today than in 2010 (as some still claim) then even at $0.0001 (par) in 2010 share price terms (pre RS) it would be the equivalent of $0.10 today!! There is really no way to defend this unless of course you're paid to do so. The fault here really is that of the SEC, FNRA, the State Authorities in NC and WY for failing to take legal action against BW and DR!! Eventually they will and not just BW but also people like my bosses @ JSJ as well as others involved in this scam. When that happens I guess I'll be looking for another job!
