Wellstar International (WLSI)

It would be awfully nice if something good happens, this is all
new to me, I understand the concept of the shell, do not understand
the volume being purchased without knowing what you are buying,

the shares I was referring to was the old WLSI shares, which I thought was the question, and to my knowledge they did not file
bankruptcy, simply closed the doors,

I would like to get some good reliable information, but do not
know where to look,
