Just curious to see if dual class stock is in place or other measures such as a poison pill or staggered board. I would expect that as the company matures and heads towards uplifting that these measures will evolve. Eventually the need to scale operations to account for growth would require additional resources which would result in Ed releasing equity in exchange.
