stay away from grey sheet.
That is true 99.9% can not get out of gray after got suspended. for months may be in a year there will be no more buyer even though you set a sell price at $0.0001 per share still no bite.
penny stocks are gamble if you lost this one try a different one. I have a few stocks in my portfolio got suspend then went to gray more than a decade ago and still in gray and the pps is .0001 and no volume for years. Can not get rid of them.
The SEC suspend a company only if they already investigated they got strong evident and they can proved it for suspension, they can not just suspend a company then investigate it later.
It is your choice your money. don't listen to any pro investor telling you to buy a gray stock actually you buy their shares so that they can get out now and you will be the bagholder the one who turns out the light.
