best, the restricted became effective 31 Mar 2005 and therefore, if there is a 1yr restriction, it will become unrestricted on 30 Mar 2006. So I doubt those shares flooded the market on 10 Mar 2006. But the Reg D filling by CTBG and the OTC alerts might have caused the volume increas on Fri. We'll find out the truth this Mon or Tue. But by looking at how the PPS was well contained I doubt if there were any facts behind the vol increase!

Also I believe the Reg D filed by Grifco was for the capital raised by GFCI with Lyamec. I can't see why Lyamec would short GFCI's shares!

CTBG also filed a Reg D. And as answered by a RB postor, it looks like it is for the investment that Lyamec wants to take in CTBG!
