You know, at least they have a brick and mortar business and do sell products. Hopefully a profit someday as well. Compared to many of the other MJ businesses, PHOT does have a better business.

On the other hand, you do have a pesky little thing called an SEC suspension.

It's a tough choice which way to come down. I, myself, took a small position today under 20. I am going to wait to see what happens now. If it goes down to 10 I will have my answer and won't loose a large amount. If it goes up, maybe I may strengthen my position.

Everyone needs to decide what they think. There are many stocks that may do well in the MJ industry, and some that won't Just do your own DD and decide what is right for you.
