Offer needs to offer up some PR's to keep people informed. At this he seems to fail miserably. Hopefully it's just his poker face while negotiating and he'll recover from laryngitis soon.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
