Here's Why: I truly believe this is the release of the letter to shareholders.... IT MAKES SENSE.... If you recall.... The CLOSING was to take place on April 30th!

WELL GUESS WHAT... They rushed it and left it sort of open-ended and this makes perfect sense to me.... call me crazy with the coincidence but it sounds just right.

And right before the New OTCQB rules... hmmmmm I could be on to something here.
