I think Memon was in on the rumored.....

$2 buyout,as reported by Barry Morgan.I think Memon was very much in favor of it, whether or not he surpressed the share price to get it accomplished,is another story.

Memon would have made a small fortune if the buyout went thru, so its very possible he didn't actively promote the stock,or price....jmho

I don't think he suppress the pps...he just had no interest in promoting the pps.
