It predicts the future. And when viewing the cloud.
You must ask yourself this question.

Will WNTR still be under the cloud? Well judging by what our CEO has told us as in future forward looking events... I am predicting that WNTR will not be under the cloud.
If you don't know me, ask around the WNTR board how many times my cloud has been accurate ? I usually make daily chart cloud predictions. But this is my weekly cloud prediction. Something. is going to happen in late June or July to propel us above the cloud imo.
