When TTDZ was bought the OS was 357 million compared to almost 2 billion now....This structure already has an OS of around 2.9 billion....to run a shell would be easier for a company to pick up a smaller structure to pop the price and then dilute their gains...even with the premium paid for that type of structure, it would still be in whomevers better interest to do so... the only way it would work here is if they bought back the shares under the radar and then announced a takeover, which MIGHT effectively make better on their investment of buying this at a discount vs a smaller structure at a premium....but, it's their gamble by whatever set of metrics they use.... hopefully them shares bought a few months ago were part of that process, but imo it was definetly more of a failed ihub run by board members rather than an internal plan. I hope i'm wrong though.
