Exactly. YA is in position to bank millions in profit by helping this company succeed. Believing YA wants control of the IP for a mere 2 million loan and face a litany of legal battles from all others stakeholders including : shareholders, insiders, other CD holders, Andrews, license holders, etc..,. well that is just make believe.

Amazing how such narrow minds miss the circle of wagons....
