The connection to the trucking company was interesting given the business model was previously in that arena and I believe there were some indictments regarding that business as well:

And on the indictments for Fernandez and Prezioso the illegal trading started in July 2009, before the business model changed.

So maybe the idea was to extend the trucking business model buy having some of the truckers put the stickers up? Prior management had some connection to truckers, you'd think.
