I tried to buy it on Etrade today. It shows the last price as .32 with 0 volume, so wasn't sure if it would let me. When I bid .32 it gave me a warning that I was bidding more than 20% more than the current price, so I cancelled because I don't understand why it said that. Apparently Etrade is unable to show what the current price is.
