Why? What could be the purpose of a rs with such a low float.
Volume will go down even farther on a % basis imo.
Pump sell shares and rs again, makes no since as they did not dilute to raise capital before and have killed the liquidity.
I thought this might be a time to jump back in, but there is zero volume and the name and split make no sense.
Any thoughts how could this help Peter?
