One: Blue Fire Stocks and others were compensated in dollars and not shares, so they will have no affect on the stock price.
Two: Most likely an investor paid the service himself to increase awareness, as he holds a large share. I would not worry about the promo; instead, i would welcome it because these guys have a good record with the stocks that they promote.

One more thing, many times they are not even compensated for their picks in any way, thus they are putting out picks that they believe to be in a good position. This makes sense, as i mentioned earlier, they have a solid track record with their plays.
