FORGET EUROPE! The wood pellet supply will continue to come from CANADA, the U.S. SOUTHEAST, RUSSIA (small contribution), and EUROPE itself. The BIG PLAYERS are mostly already in place and are expanding to meet the demand. BO IS STUCK IN ARIZONA WITHOUT A RAILROAD! Yesterday, I reviewed material about a Canadian company that is retrofitting two manufacturing facilities, with a total annual capacity of 540,000 metric tons to the tune of $90 million after the facilities and land acquisition! This company has negotiated a contract with the Canadian National Railroad to deliver 1500 rail carloads by the end of 2014 and 3600 rail carloads per year thereafter! In rough numbers, depending on the pellet density, each rail car can transport roughly 100MT. The rail tracks go directly to the PORT of QUEBEC, which will service Europe via the St. Lawrence Seaway. Quebec can handle the giant Panamax vessels and has the infrastructure being put in place to very cost efficiently handle pellet loading!

THIS IS JUST ONE COMPANY! WITH NO MONEY, BOBO IS DEFINITELY FAR BEHIND ANY DEMAND CURVE!
