Hello, Chris.

I am a committed shareholder and I was wondering as to what the current share structure is. Is it the exact one on otcmarkets.com? Also, there has been some concerns going around of possible dilution, is there any validity to this and if not, are you planning on a r/s or dilution?

The share structure should be exactly what is on OTCMarkets. I am not looking at the records right now so I won’t say “definitely” but we have not issued a single share since the disclosure documents were put out. We have not done any funding or anything like that. I am told that starting out, the float was fairly large and a lot of those people were in at low prices from the old management ($.0001) and for all we know a few hundred million shares of it could very well have been free-trading already, but in certificate form and that is why it is being sold through the certificate accepting market makers. So, we are certain that it is regular selling from people who owned shares before we took over. We have absolutely no need or interest in giving anyone shares to sell and we have like 18 months before the convertible note existing on the books has to be paid back or converted.

I know it is frustrating for everyone, and apparently there is “selling” going on that is effecting the price, but that is all I have right now. I will tell you Manny has stated that he will not reverse split the stock. He said he will start a buyback program soon to start accumulating shares to be retired, and chip away at it in organic ways like that.
