Good grief, seems like we are consistently a week or two away from a defining moment only to find out there are more hurdles and it’s another month out... Codaras do you have detail related to the progressive steps required that will lead to closing the $5M and when BION could expect to have cash in hand?

It should also be noted this will lead to another delay as July is a "dead" month for issuing bonds, so the new time line (best case) is bonds issued in August resulting in something on the order of mid September or perhaps Oct 1 for ground breaking.
