as far as i know-there has never been a share split reverse or otherwise. maybe alot of these shares were bought by the people named in the lawsuit to try to take over the company by owning whatever percentage of shares that would allow them to do so. i would ask, unless you really need the money, hold your shares, do not put them up for sale. let's beat these crooks at their own game!
