That's the way I interpreted it - that they have 3 months to sell. I don't think it is really anything to get upset about as I see these filings all the time on my other stocks. I believe it is just a normal course of business. As I say, they put these out when most people don't even see them. I'm not going to research tonight, but we may have had more in the past and were not aware of it. I think everything is going to be fine. JMHO.
