So...If Sterling is blatantly lying about a third party...wouldn't he be stopped by the SEC?

So it stands to reason that the third party issue may be accurate.

The part I don't understand is why would PHOT be penalized and sent to the greys?

That would be a major set back so it would seem they may just go back to where they were...minus the major slam in pps of course.

Should see pr in the AM then regarding trading status I would think.

If this doesn't go to the greys...then it will be a major boost in confidence. They were suspended to stop a criminal act. They would be heros. Why would they be penalized and made to go to the greys? Makes no sense.
