Agree... the 4/14 PR is the smoking gun IMO... the mentioned insider selling in that pr was too sketchy... if anyone believes that this is about a 3rd party related issue... I have a bridge to sell you... IMO the company the whole time knew what caused the probe and why the stock was suspended... just play dumb... deny everything and maybe it will go away... why else do you think they hired a team of lawyers early this year??... losing money and spending like a drunken sailor on the shareholders buck... it was only a matter of time... the good part is that it jolted the other 420 players to get their act together... as far as $PHOT... they just recieved a career ending injury their first time at bat... bottom line... they are tainted... no institution will touch this with a 10 foot poll... just looking to recover a few scraps and then exit out of embarrassment...
