We are thinking the same. Just like Inovio being that they have more than one partner in addition to other supporters. IMO what is holding up a specific Partnership announcement is Punit himself sorting out all the possibilities and what is best for $ONCS shareholders.


I recommend that ALL shareholders that want to invest more in $ONCS to do so ASAP. $ONCS PPS statistics are a tightly wound coil ready to spring higher. I hope all shareholders are all invested in $ONCS before the next quantum leap which could be any day now.
