They do not have to pay any principal on these loans until June 2016!! Only interest payments!!


Why would I chance to keep the money available till then?? And then not have it!!

Why would I not pay down the debt with cash on hand earlier when I have it!!


IT WOULD BE HUGE TO SHAREHOLDERS (insiders as well) to have COMPANY DEBT free!!


Dividends could be paid!!

I would rather have $6.1 million to give to shareholders than debtors!!


And profits would be ALL PROFITS!!!
