Everything was on schedule. I will admit I was a little off put by the "completed acquisition" headline for there to be no 8K as of today.

With that said though, you better believe I'm holding still. Next Wednesday is the mining set up and starting, even if it's only 3 servers. I can see them waiting until then to file the 8K because then they can say xyz completion and xyz has this and that and we are mining as of today. Type PR.
