Well then even better!!

I think these are the same guys who gave out the 2 loans!!

Why would they need to give an offering now???

They could have waited till Q3 and make another $25 million!! With 4 working plants!! Rather than do an offering!!

I think these shares are sold and WILL NOT EVEN BE TRADED!!!

PEIX was in a hurry for this $26 million!!

The question is WHY????? The hurry!!

They would have had enough profits and warrant conversion to get rid of these loans slower but they would have been able to do it!!

Why DILUTE shares???
