FYI- yes I do know about allotments, and if a junior service member is "instructed" to set up his accounts with allotments then the delinquency issue is a moot point. IMO (as I had several subordinates during my military tenure) Most military members are young and new to the idea of being responsible in handling their financial and credit affairs....but that goes for more then just military (I screwed up my credit in my teens and early 20's)
