I could have expanded on the "late payment" statement but wanted to keep my post short-my apologies
The late payment statement is derived from the fact that military members are often deployed at a moments notice and gone for 6+ months @ a time. Thus the probability of a military member being late on payments is much higher then that of a civilian. FYI I was in the military for 11 years (USAF-EOD)[6 years AD and 5 reserve] so I know all about short or no-notice deployments.
