KLA Tencor Drops 6%: Q4 View Hit by ‘FinFet’ Delays

On a conference call following the release, the company said that as some customers struggle witht he learning curve for making 3-D transistors, so-called FinFet gates, the company is “taking a more cautious approach” to forecasting.

Hopefully that's Samsung :)
