It's hard to believe that the attorney's are all over this with a class action law suit. If you get involved you may win a few pennies however these attorney's make millions.

Don't rely on inexperience to make a bad move, I have several small Marijuana stocks in my portfolio as well as solar, wind, energy, manufacturing in china and Vietnam. PHOT is a buying opportunity when you consider if you invest, close your eyes and come back in a year and see how much money you've made. My game plan is always the same, I don't follow the people that provide tips to buy and make 1000% profit in a day. They will provide you this tip at 9:30 AM ET on Monday. They buy it on Friday and sell at the end of the day on Monday and walk away with the big bucks.

Do your research, watch the stocks you want to buy, research and look at sectors, if a sector is hot buy other stocks in that sector.
Example: CBIS, ERBB, FSPM, HEMP, MJNA, TRTC, GRNH, MWIP, NVLX, all of these stocks are great sector stocks, right now they are down . . . . . why? Because stupids are panicking and selling. Now is the buying opportunity time. Just remember . . . . . Make sure when you have made a fair profit take out your original capital investment and you ride free and see where these beautiful stocks will take you. This is a real opportunity to make some really incredible money with this sector. It doesn't matter if one or two of them fail, just set a sell line and don't cross it. If the stock drops below that line you sell. Keep watching when it makes another buy back at your buy line and stick to it.
