Does anyone really believe this filing is a bad thing? It looks to me like Manu is doing exactly what he said he was going to do. I think the next announcement in April, which is now, is the finalization of the technology partnership(s), maybe some news about additional financing partnerships secured through his world tour, the Investors/Institutional Conference in Vegas, whatever that is, and then let the freak'n games begin in May. May is going to be huge for MDNT!! Studio begins construction, four new movies announced at Cannes, "Yellow" release date announced, financials I believe out from 1Q revealed and Atlas revenues perhaps included and who knows what the hell else. Anyone who thinks this is a scam and Manu is pulling the wool over everyone's eyes; including all of us, the State of GA, the County, the entertainment industry, Kopplemen, etc., etc., etc.....is an idiot. For one, I am really happy about it taking this long to get going, because I have been able to accumulate many more shares than otherwise possible. It is going to work out VERY well for us LONGS!! If you're shorting this stock or just flipping it around you may want to rethink your position, because one of these days it going to bust loose, and it's going to be quick, and it's NEVER coming back here again!! That will be the REAL PAYOFF....millions!!!!
