I agree to a large extent

I would say and do say

Buffett does not want to compete with a duopoly GSE

and

Buffet does not want to be a player in a new market - with new structure - if F and F have 50% or so to start

What he is telling BO as his idea would be wonderful to know

Finally - its possible ? that Buffett said what he said today so he is able or more able to comment on proposals re F and F down the road
