On April 17, 2013, pursuant to an Action by Written Consent of the Stockholders of the Company, the Company’s certificate of incorporation was amended to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from 500 million to 1.49 billion shares of common stock.
On May 8, 2013, pursuant to an Action by Written Consent of the Stockholders of the Company, the Company’s certificate of incorporation was amended again to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from 1.49 billion to 2.49 billion shares of common stock.
On June 24, 2013, pursuant to an Action by Written Consent of the Stockholders of the Company, the Company’s certificate of incorporation was amended again to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from 2.49 billion to 6.49 billion shares of common stock.
