Hey Can we drop the bankruptcy talk. Not sure how everybody is getting bankruptcy from one defaulted payment that nobody know the circumstances of.

It very unusual - in that Matt seems very focused on getting us beyond the financial muck of the past for him to 'overlook' one of the steps to get beyond it. This was not 'missed'. This is not us being 'Broke'.

So why plan ans start the PAWS thing, Why plan and start the MMD trial, why plan phase 2 .... Seems like a lot of stuff to deal with for a company on the verge of bankruptcy. If was on the verge of bankruptcy my only thought would be liquidation.

While I have the mic - I do find it strange that the company has chosen to 'communicate less yet do more'. I do not believe this is an affective policy because it leaves too much up to speculation and here say. At first Matt started out very vocal and then became less so. I often think of the "WHY" to do with that. Any insights from you guys would be great!
