A likely scenario...Idk what's taking place at the special conference they are currently holding, or who is there. I'm gonna hazard a guess they invited some big money down to impress the heck out of them with possibilities. More news to come from ICBU out of this conference imho. Anytime now ppl down there could make the decision that their organization just NEEDS a few tens of million shares at almost any price. I think when this thing lifts off it WILL get ppl excited about the sector again. These days will be a memory next week. It could go at any moment.
