The possible entry to the MJ industry by OTCs is being questioned across the board. Handfuls of MJ OTC hopefuls (Co's who PR'd) their discussions/intentions about entering the industry, etc., are pretty much all taking a beating the last few weeks. Many brick and mortar companies are being raided by state officials and being shut down for non-compliance with existing state MJ laws. Since the MJ entry took off with handfuls of OTC stocks, many PPSs increased but since most stocks haven't provided much if any proof the business plans will come to fruition. As a result, a lot of volume has begun to dry up and as a result of people taking their profits, the PPSs have began to drop for the majority of the speculative OTC MJ stocks.

Take CWIR for example: Can't enter the Colorado MMJ/RMJ industry until 2016 due to the fact (confirmed via Jan 2014 PR for ENTI) they weren't already operating in Colorado as a MMJ company prior to Oct 2013. According to Colorado laws, they can't transfer or establish a RMJ entry until 2016 at the earliest because they weren't already established in the MMJ industry in Colorado prior to Oct 2013. So many aren't wanting to tie up their money waiting for companies to get their "shot" at breaking into the MJ industry one day.

Just my 2-cents!
